Things to consider
Our employers can pay more than the Apprenticeship National Minimum wage. Win, Win – Level 3 IT City and Guilds Qualification (equivalent to 2 “A” Levels), 4 MTA’s and get paid. Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an interest in IT who lives in the Pershore area and could attend the LMPQ Academy in Worcester on block/day release during their studies (the rest of the time you will be based with the employer in Pershore). The role would suit someone who wants to turn their IT interest into a career and is looking to learn new skills in a supportive and exciting environment. • You earn while you learn • You get the training in the skills that employers want • Excellent progression opportunities, whether looking to study further or climb the ranks within the workplace. • Increased future earning potential – Apprentices enjoy marked salary increases when they complete their training. • Better long-term salary prospects. Apprenticeships are open to people aged 16+. Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18-year-olds is a priority and fully-funded by the Government. Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is partly funded, with employers expected to make a part or full contribution
