Kerry Katona looks completely different in before and after photos as she shows off amazing weight loss

KERRY Katona’s incredible weight loss has been revealed in a set of impressive before and after pictues.

After just eight weeks, the 42-year-old looks slimmer than ever after embarking on a strict diet and exercise regime.

Her Francis Diet mentor couldn’t resist showing off the results and praised Kerry’s dedication.

They wrote:  “How is @kerrykatona7 doing ? Well we are into week 8.

“I’ll say to the dozens and dozens of DMs I got when this hit the papers , that she’s one of the most hard working people I’ve met . That’s a fact

“If you follow her you’ll have seen how busy in the theatre she was , how she didn’t slip a second with @woo_dbyfood and she’s never far away to ask and talk to

“She’s done the stairs when she’s been shattered , she’s got on the treadmill to do lives to her fans , dropping motivation.”

They added: “This isn’t the finished result but this is truly , being accountable . Super impressive @carlafishwick.”

Kerry recently defended herself against any potential trolls by insisting she was feeling amazing after losing the weight so quickly.

The star said she was now able to fit back into her size 12 jeans after an overhaul of her “dieting” plans.

Writing in her new magazine column, she said:  “I’ve lost 8lb in a week and I’m back in my size 12 jeans! I feel amazing.

“It’s all thanks to the FrancisDiet, plus working out with my fitness brand M-Fit.”

Kerry, who weighed 13 stone at the start of her fitness journey, added: “I’ve also been doing home workouts, which are great for when you have lots on. 

“The results he’s achieved with people are incredible and I have every faith in what he does. So, hopefully, this time next year, I’ll be back to a size eight.”
