Love Island star Molly paired her jacket with casual black joggers and a white jumper and styled her hair into her signature bun.
She slung Dior and Selfridges shopping bags over her arm as she strolled around with her assistant.
Molly previously revealed her dream car – a swanky Mercedes G Wagon – to her YouTube fans.
Yet during her spree, the chocolate brown motor had been subject to a garish yellow parking ticket.
It had been parked in a car park space on the side of the road.
Last year, Molly captured the motor covered in snow as she ran errands.
Meanwhile, a few days before her shopping spree, Molly has teased a major image transformation.
The star shared a new Instagram post where she informed fans that she was considering making a seriously huge change to her looks.
Molly shared a picture-perfect snap where she said to her followers: “Kinda wanna get curtain bangs… kinda too scared.”
The star looked stunning as her blonde locks flowed in effortless waves down her front as she kept cosy in a white Jacquemus jumper.
However it appeared that some of Molly’s adoring 7.4 million followers were not too happy with her thoughts as they begged her to not switch up her hair.
Even her sister Zoe Hague offered up her words of advice as she said: “If I told you this you’d tell me absolutely not. There’s your answer!!!”
