Kyle Chrisley has been arrested and jailed on charges of aggravated assault. The arrest comes two months after his father was imprisoned on fraud charges.
In a press release, Kyle, who currently works for Penske Truck Rental in Smyrna, got into a physical altercation with a supervisor. The young man allegedly brandished a “fixed blade.”
The day after the alleged incident, Kyle “voluntarily appeared … for booking procedures related to the active criminal warrant,” according to the press release. He was transported to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and his bond was set at $3,000.
Kyle’s father Todd is currently serving his 12-year Federal Prison Camp Pensacola, while stepmom Julie is serving her seven-year sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp Marianna to serve out her seven-year sentence.
Todd was granted custody of his son’s daughter, Chloe, with ex Angela Johnson. He was not happy about the custody arrangement.
