LOVE Island hunk Chris Hughes has shown off his incredible body transformation on a shirtless snap.
The ripped lad, 30, revealed just how hard he has been working in the gym as he shared a sizzling shot of his torso with fans.

Chris, who starred in the 2017 series of the ITV2 smash, posted the flesh-flashing pic to his instagram, much to the delight of his 2.2million followers.
Displaying his gains during a break in his workout, he posed in nothing but shorts and socks while in the weight machine section of the gym.
Chris captioned the shot: “Be busy improving yourself, that you never have time to criticise others 📖💭 feeling fuelled and rested for the biggest week of the year, looking forward to seeing some of you this week.”
The sexy snap went down a storm with his fans, who shared their appreciation in the comments section.
“How are you not married with half a dozen gorgeous kids by now 🔥,” penned one.

Chris famously dated Olivia Attwood during his time in the villa.
The pair even got their own spin-off show on ITVBe but split soon afterwards.
Chris went on to enjoy a romance with Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson but the pair went their separate ways in April 2021.
