The plunging neckline gave a sexy edge, while she made sure to complete her glam look with perfectly-applied make-up.
Helen’s post came after she stripped to her lingerie to show off her figure.
A stunning snap showed Helen looking stunning in matching black lingerie as she captioned the clip: “GRWM.”
Yet the star has had her fair share of struggles of late, admitting life is “hard” following her split from her fiance.
Helen and footballer Scott Sinclair, 33, called time on their 13-year relationship in October.
The pair, who first got together in 2009, have three adorable kids Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and one-year-old Charlie, who they welcomed back in August 2021.
Helen and Scott have been co-parenting following their break-up.
